II · The name Aastha आस्था — faith; the quiet certainty that what you build will endure.

Land is the one thing nobody is making more of. Aastha offers thirteen pieces of it, set out with the care of a private estate and held behind a single gated entrance.

Each plot opens onto its own road and carries its own share of the layout's development rights. Three landscaped open spaces and a dedicated amenity plot are held in common.

Each plot can take a mid-rise of G+5 to G+7. Plot 13 alone allows roughly 29,812 sq ft of construction. Build, develop or hold the land for the next generation. The layout sits on the outskirts of Palghar, next to the Manor–Mahim State Highway, and the town is close by.

State Highway.

Aastha adjoins the Manor–Mahim State Highway at Tembhode, on the outskirts of Palghar. Croma, Zudio, Uni Store and Mr DIY are about 500 m away on Mahim Road. Reliance Trends, Reliance Smart Superstore and Lenskart are a short drive further, and schools, a hospital, parks and banking are close by.
